When my younger sister’s birthday was coming up I was sure she would adore it if I treated her to some groovy semi-permanent eyelash extensions. She endlessly borrowed my make-up and was overjoyed when I told her about her appointment. We met with an expert who would apply the eyelashes and she explained the details on them. We decided semi-permanent extensions were best for her because they are glued separately to the natural lash and will last for quite a length of time.

My younger sister’s birthday was coming so for her birthday I decided to treat her to some perfect semi-permanent eyelash extensions. She was constantly borrowing my make-up and she was thrilled when I told her she had an appointment with a specialist to apply the eyelashes and give her guidance on caring for them. Semi-permanent extensions seemed to be the perfect choice because they are glued separately to the natural lash and will last for quite a while.

When the big day arrived my sister was genuinely thrilled but the technician was very productive and fast put her at ease. She told us the extensions needed to be applied properly care for properly. My sister should never pull them off because they should fall out naturally and also shouldn’t use any oil-based liquids on them.

The consultant’s suggestion was to use characteristic lash lengths to make the extensions look thicker and sexier. She also recommended a natural look because my sister was only eighteen and it wouldn’t look right if her eyelashes suddenly became exotic. We also noticed you can have colored lashes applied with or without gems stuck on them!

The eyelashes are either synthetic or made from mink, are light to wear and add fullness and enchantment to your eyes. The entire application course took about an hour and a half but it was well worth every second. My baby sister looked astonishingly joyful when the eyelash extensions were done.

My research on the world wide web about the procedure said between fifty and one hundred individual lashes are glued to each eyelid. They last about the same amount of time as natural eyelashes which tend to fall out over a two week period but then re-grow. The technician told my sister she could wear make-up but mascara wasn’t necessary now but if she chose to use mascara she could apply it to the tips of the lashes. She was also to avoid any contact with water for the first day near the eyes until the glue had set hard.

When we got home mum couldn’t believe the revolution of her little girl and after a few minutes declared she liked her new look. We all thought it was an excellent idea, of course my sister was perfectly thrilled and felt really grown up, ready to go out to celebrate her eighteenth birthday.

Prices will vary depending on what type of eyelash extensions you choose but since it was for my sister’s special birthday the cost was worth every penny. Touch ups can be done every two or three weeks at a levelheaded cost. It removes stray and loose eyelashes and is a good approach for keeping your new eyelash extensions looking as good as the day they were applied.
